About Victoria Residential Builders Association

The Victoria Residential Builders Association, (VRBA) is a non-profit society incorporated in 1940, one of the oldest builders associations in Canada.

VRBA represents the expertise of over 170 professional builders and renovators, plus designers, trades and suppliers living and working in our community.

Our Annual CARE Awards is the premier industry awards event open to VRBA members only. VRBA builders and designers are Canada’s leaders in energy efficient and sustainable homes representing the West Coast lifestyle.

Our association gives back to the community through fundraisers for BC Children’s Hospital, Canadian Cancer Society, Goldstream Chums, Habitat for Humanity, Threshold Housing Society, Young Life, CFAX Santa’s Anonymous, and T-C Christmas Fund.

We are an inclusive organization promoting industry professionalism and the interests of consumers. We have been part of the Victoria community for over 80 years and we plan to be here for many more.
